Elle Gedge

CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, Award in Long Term Care Insurance, CF8, CeMAP

I am Elle Gedge, a Senior Financial Planner and Long-Term Care Specialist at Norfolk Wealth Management, having joined the firm in 2025 after roles with Halifax and Schroders Personal Wealth. I am passionate about helping clients build, protect and pass on their wealth through thoughtful financial planning, and I take particular pride in supporting professionals, business owners and families, while championing women in business and finance both within Norfolk Wealth Management and across the local community.

About

I started my career at Halifax in 2015, progressing through a variety of roles before becoming a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Driven by a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals, I went on to gain my Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and became a Financial Adviser in 2021. In January 2025, I joined Norfolk Wealth Management as a Senior Financial Planner and Long-Term Care Specialist, attracted by the opportunity to build stronger local relationships and deliver truly personalised financial planning. Today, I work with professionals, business owners and families, helping them build, protect and pass on their wealth efficiently through tailored advice focused on their individual goals and aspirations.

My approach is built on trust, accessibility and long-term relationships. I am passionate about making financial advice easier to understand and helping clients feel confident when making important decisions around retirement, protection, inheritance and legacy planning. Alongside my client work, I actively champion greater opportunities for women in business and financial services, supporting professional development and encouraging more women to consider careers within the profession. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the countryside with my cocker spaniel, Dolly, riding my horses, travelling with family and friends, and supporting charitable causes. Having raised almost £100,000 for charity since 2016, including leading a Kilimanjaro fundraising challenge that raised over £65,000 for The Brain Tumour Charity, I am committed to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.

Advice regarding Long Term Care may involve a referral to Karehero, a care navigator and matching service provider, whose services are separate and distinct to those offered by St. James's Place.
